Road traffic collision leaves 17 year old with permanent scarring

Our client, a 17 year old woman from Essex, was walking along a country road with her friends when a vehicle came around a corner, lost control and drove straight into our client and her friend. Both sustained injuries, with our client suffering a broken ankle requiring her to use a when chair for two months.

She has been left with permanent scarring and limitations to her daily life.

The insurers of the defendant accepted fault for the accident and paid our client compensation in the sum of £35,000 for her injuries.
