Woman injured in collision receives four thousand pounds in damages

Our client was involved in road traffic accident in November 2009. She was travelling as a passenger in a car that her son was driving when they were involved in a collision with another vehicle.

She suffered soft tissue injures to her neck, cuts to her face from the broken windscreen glass and trauma to her eye. Most of our client's injuries have returned to normal but she has been left with a mark over her eye and psychological symptoms, including travel anxiety.

Our road traffic accident experts helped the woman to make a compensation claim. Her son was found to be responsible for the accident, and his insurance company agreed to pay out £4,000 in damages for our client.
