Specialist head injury team secure compensation for pedestrian injured in RTC

A six figure sum has been secured for a gentleman who was injured when an ambulance collided with him.

He suffered a serious brain injury as well as orthopaedic injuries in the crash. He has been left with profound difficulties with memory, language and spatial awareness and therefore has extensive needs including assistance with personal care and daily living.

The Defendants in the case denied liability as there were no independent witnesses to the accident, they claimed that our client fell into the ambulance. Our team sought forensic evidence from a pathologist and an orthopaedic expert to establish how the injuries were caused.
