Positive result for man hit by car

On 8th June 2009 our client, a 52 year old man, was struck by a car. He was about to cross the road when a stationary car that he had thought was parked, suddenly reversed and hit him.

Our client sustained injury to his knee, but thankfully recovered within 18 months of the accident.

Although the defendant initially denied liability, thanks to the work of Irwin Mitchell solicitors, our client received a settlement of £3000 for his injuries.
