Pedestrian receives compensation after colliding with another pedestrian who was hit by a car
Our client was in the process of crossing a pedestrian crossing when a car approached hitting another pedestrian and subsequently colliding with our client, knocking her to the ground.
The pedestrian suffered a dislocated shoulder with nerve damage and a back injury and was unable to swim or exercise following the accident. She was caused to delay commencing employment for six weeks.
After the accident, our client developed a phobia of travelling and anxiety when driving. She also underwent cognitive behavioural therapy treatment after experiencing nightmares and flashbacks.
We helped the pedestrian recover an out of Court compensation settlement of £6,500.
