M25 crash leaves woman with whiplash injury

Our road accident experts helped a woman recover compensation after she was involved in a crash on the M25.

The woman was driving on the M25 when she noticed that traffic ahead of her had started to slow, so she adjusted her speed accordingly.

Unfortunately another vehicle that was travelling behind our client did not slow down and hit the rear of our client’s vehicle.

Our client was left with whiplash and associated back pain. She was three months pregnant at the time of the accident, and sought treatment and advice from Chase Farm Hospital. She had five physio sessions and recovered within a year of the accident.

The other party involved admitted liability and we helped the woman to recover more than £3,000 in compensation.
