Compensation for woman knocked down when crossing road

Our client sustained an injury as a result of a being knocked over whilst crossing the road in order to visit her local shop.

The Defendant did not stop after the incident took place and a passerby came to the assistance of our client, who sustained a fracture to her right wrist and a fracture to her left leg. Both of these injuries required operations to stabilise the fractures and our client spent three weeks in hospital as a result.

As a result of these injuries, our client then went on to develop complications and has been left with ongoing pain and discomfort in her left leg.
