Compensation secured for motorist after sustaining injuries in a road traffic accident

Our road traffic accident experts helped a woman recover compensation after she suffered significant injuries as a result of an accident.

Our client is a 50 year old motorist from the north of England, who suffered injuries when a driver pulled out of a junction directly in her path.  Our client is disabled, reliant on a wheelchair, and suffered significant soft tissue injuries as a result of her accident. 

Following lengthy negotiations with the other party, requiring extensive medical evidence to resolve the issues of her injuries, and how these were affected by her previous condition, an out of court settlement was agreed and we helped the woman to receive £15,000 in compensation.
