Compensation guide
If you have been injured in a road traffic accident, you may be entitled to compensation. The amount of compensation you receive will largely be based on three factors:
- Any pain and suffering caused by your injuries
- Any lost earnings as a result of your injuries
- How your injuries affect your life, including hobbies, your ability to work etc
You can also ask to be compensated for any expenses you have incurred as a result of your accident, such as travel expenses if you had to use taxis to get to medical appointments.
Of course, each case is different so we will assess your case and give you advice that is tailored to your individual circumstances. We are happy to discuss a potential compensation settlement with you – please contact us online and we will get back to you.
